Accused of killing garbage collector used car’s voice command to tune into Radio Itatiaia

The Police Civil reported that the accused of killing garbage collector Laudemir Fernandes, Renê da Silva Nogueira Júnior, 47 years old, researched information about the crime on the day he committed it, and then used the voice command of the electric car he was driving to tune into Radio Itatiaia, in order to find out if there were any suspicions against him. The PC concluded within 18 days the investigation into the murder of the garbage collector. The worker was killed on the 11th of this month in Vista Alegre, West Region of Belo Horizonte. According to delegate Evandro Radaelli, the information was confirmed from data provided by the car manufacturer. ‘He sought to know the consequences of the fact and gave a voice command for the car to tune into Radio Itatiaia,’ he said. Renê was charged with murder doubly qualified for futile reasons that prevented the victim’s defense. He also faces charges of making threats against the garbage truck driver and illegal possession of a legally used firearm, owned by his wife, delegate Ana Paula Balbino Nogueira.
