In September, Vladivostok will see the implementation of numerous new laws and regulations. Among them is the increase in duties for drivers, regulation of paid seats in universities, and a ban on advertising on prohibited social networks. There will also be penalties for advertising VPNs, criteria to withdraw undeveloped land plots, and the possibility to choose a ‘second hand’ for protection against scammers.
