Iran Open to US Nuclear Talks, Rejects Missile Curbs

In Tehran, Iran, security chief Ali Larijani mentioned on Tuesday that Iran is willing to engage in nuclear talks with the United States. However, he made it clear that the country will not accept any limitations on its missile program.
