Iran Open to US Nuclear Talks, Rejects Missile Curbs

In Tehran, Iran, security chief Ali Larijani mentioned on Tuesday that Iran is willing to engage in nuclear talks with the United States. However, he made it clear that the country will not accept any limitations on its missile program. Larijani stated, ‘The path for negotiations with the US is not closed; yet these are the American officials who should look around to understand how the situation has changed.’ His comments come amidst escalating tensions between the two countries over Iran’s nuclear capabilities and missile development.
