District Collector Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavar reassured the public in Coimbatore following reports of a rise in viral fever cases. He denied claims of an alarming increase in fever cases in certain areas, including the city. ‘The fever cases in Coimbatore are not at alarming levels. There is no need for panic,’ he emphasized during a press conference on Wednesday.
