South Korea has revealed a plan to assist the biohealth industry in doubling its exports by the year 2030, with the goal of becoming one of the world’s top five players in the sector. Presenting the ‘K-Bio Leap Strategy’ during a seminar in Songdo, located to the west of Seoul, the government set forth new objectives to boost the industry’s global footprint and propel its growth. By focusing on innovation and strategic partnerships, South Korea aims to significantly increase the export performance of its biohealth sector. The aim is to position South Korea as a key player on the global biohealth stage, enhancing its international competitiveness and leveraging its expertise and capabilities.
