Ministry of Digital Development will expand the list of internet resources available during mobile internet restrictions. Russian news outlets RBK and Lenta.ru, as well as entertainment platform Pikabu, will be included in the whitelist. Two sources told ‘Vedomosti’ about this decision. The move aims to provide users with access to a wider range of information and entertainment sources during network disruptions.
