TEHRAN.- Iran and the UN nuclear agency, led by Argentine Rafael Grossi, signed on Tuesday in Cairo a framework cooperation agreement with the UN nuclear agency following the suspension of their collaboration, a consequence of recent attacks and threats. The agreement marks a significant step towards resuming inspections of Iranian nuclear facilities and ensures transparency within the framework of international agreements. Grossi’s efforts to close the deal come after a period of tension, strained relations, and serious accusations between the two parties.
