The Israeli Defense Service announced on Monday that it ordered the seizure of 187 cryptocurrency wallets allegedly belonging to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, or IRGC. In a document detailing the seizure order, Israel claimed that the wallets were used by IRGC to finance its activities, including those against Israel. The wallets contained approximately $1.5 million in various cryptocurrencies.
