Jerusalem – According to three sources familiar with the matter, the United Arab Emirates might scale back its diplomatic relations with Israel if Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government proceeds with the annexation of part or all of the Israeli-occupied West Bank. The potential move comes as a response to the ongoing deliberations within the Gulf Arab state’s government. Should Israel move forward with the annexation, it could strain the diplomatic ties between the two nations.
