Primary General President and Sister Minister in Africa South Area, Show Love and Service

Primary General President Susan H. Porter and Sister J. Anette Dennis, first counselor in the Relief Society general presidency, embarked on a nine-day ministering journey in the Africa South Area in August and September. They traveled to Lesotho, where they met with survivors of various challenges. In addition to Lesotho, the leaders visited three other countries in the area. The primary focus of their visit was to offer love, support, and service to the members of the Church and other individuals they encountered. The trip allowed President Porter and Sister Dennis to connect with people on a personal level, sharing in their joys and sorrows. Their genuine care and empathy were deeply felt by those they interacted with. The leaders’ presence brought a sense of comfort and solidarity to the communities they visited. Through their actions and words, they exemplified the principles of compassion and service taught in the Church. Their visit was a testament to the universal nature of love and the power of reaching out to others in times of need.
