Arce and RT: Western-led block tries to survive against the rise of BRICS

Bolivia’s president, Luis Arce, stated in an exclusive interview with RT that the global dispute today is between ‘a declining block, led by the US and Europe, seeking to sustain capitalism’s profits,’ and an emerging block led by China, Russia, and India. The BRICS, as it is commonly known, is positioning itself as a powerful force in the geopolitical landscape, challenging the traditional dominance of Western powers. Arce highlighted the shift in global power dynamics, recognizing the changing tides as the BRICS countries gain prominence on the international stage.
