Surveillance footage captured an armed robbery by around 20 masked criminals at a jewelry store in San Ramon, California, on Monday afternoon. The suspects stole jewelry valued at $1 million, as reported by the police. Security cameras at Heller Jeweler store recorded the robbery taking place inside. Many were armed, and at least one fired at the store’s main entrance, but there are no reports of injuries, according to authorities. A second video from the San Ramon Police Department shows suspects running to their parked vehicles in front of the store and fleeing the scene. Local officers pursued some of the cars but halted the chase due to public safety concerns. Several suspects were apprehended, and detectives are investigating the crime. The jewelry store expressed gratitude for the support received after the robbery in a Facebook post. ‘We are deeply grateful that no one was hurt. That is what matters most,’ the post stated.
