The deputy was the rapporteur of the second tax reform regulation project, which proposed cuts of 5% in tax benefits this year and in 2026. Among other points, the proposal also includes the inclusion of the PGBL and VGBL pension plans in the application of ITCMD. In August, the Chamber of Deputies approved the project’s base text.
