French prosecutors are currently investigating the tragic death of South Africa’s ambassador to France, Nkosinathi Emmanuel ‘Nathi’ Mthethwa. Early reports indicate that Mthethwa was discovered at the foot of a high-rise Paris hotel on Monday. Authorities are examining the circumstances surrounding his fall. Prior to his death, Mthethwa had been facing corruption allegations. There appears to be a connection between the corruption claims and his sudden demise.
