On the morning of Friday, October 3, a collapse occurred at the Industrial Technical School of Energy and Communications on Borisenko Street in Vladivostok. Emergency services are currently on site. The Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Primorsky Krai reported that information about the automatic fire alarm system being activated is being investigated.
