Egypt’s foreign minister, Badr Abdelatty, revealed that Cairo is collaborating with Qatar and Turkey to persuade Hamas to agree to the plan proposed by US president Donald Trump to put an end to the Gaza conflict. He emphasized that if the militant group refused to accept the proposal, the situation would worsen. Addressing an audience at the French Institute of International Relations in Paris, Abdelatty stressed the importance of Hamas disarming and preventing Israel from continuing their offensive in Gaza.
