Health and confectionery manufacturer Sampre Nutritions’ board has given the green light to raise Rs 355 crore through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs). This move involves issuing USD 40 million worth of FCCBs, enabling the company to expand globally, particularly targeting emerging markets such as Egypt and Liberia. The objective behind this strategic decision is to solidify Sampre Nutritions’ presence in high-growth regions, diversify its revenue sources, and take advantage of international FMCG opportunities.
