In 1988, Paulo received a script in which he was the killer and spoke to a reporter from the newspaper ‘A última hora’, from Rio de Janeiro, about the matter. To O GLOBO, on January 7, Paulo explained that he received the text on Wednesday and gave an interview to the journalist, ‘an old friend’, who promised to publish it only on Saturday, when the identity would already be revealed.

‘I then found out that it was a joke to mislead the press. I don’t know if other actors also received false scripts. It was horrible to see the news on the front page of the newspaper,’ Paulo expressed.
