On Tuesday, the 26-year-old gymnast from Rio de Janeiro achieved the second highest score on the balance beam, her favorite apparatus, with a score of 13.833. The first place was secured by Oksana Chusovitina, an experienced gymnast from Uzbekistan. Saraiva’s performance in the qualification round not only showcased her skill and consistency but also demonstrated her ability to compete at the highest level of international gymnastics competition.
