São Paulo secures victory over Bahia with Luciano’s 100th goal and ‘magical’ assist

São Paulo secured a 2-0 victory over Bahia at Morumbis tonight in a match valid for the 30th round of the Brasileirão. The striker Luciano was the standout player. Luciano and Bobadilla scored the goals for São Paulo. The highlight was the number 10 player from São Paulo: besides scoring a beautiful goal, he provided a ‘magical’ back-heel assist to Bobadilla to increase the lead. Luciano’s goal against Bahia was his 100th wearing São Paulo’s shirt. He also took the lead as the team’s top scorer of the season with 14 goals (tied with André Silva, who is out for the remainder of 2025).
