Former Uttar Pradesh Minister Swami Prasad Maurya was on a tour from Rae Bareli on Wednesday. At one point, some workers stopped to welcome him. During the welcome, some of the workers offered him flowers. However, as he was receiving the flowers, one of the workers slapped him on the ear.
