Dobson Santos, husband of gospel singer Amanda Wanessa, was caught on video kicking the artist’s father during a discussion at the Hospital Português in Recife. A video circulating on social media shows part of the altercation, which reportedly began after Dobson prevented the presence of his wife’s family members at the hospital. ‘Respect Amanda, respect Amanda,’ the woman, who is said to be the singer’s sister, says as she films her brother-in-law. Dobson retorts, ‘Get out of here, idiot, go take care of your children. You’re a terrible mother, not even looking after your kids. You’re an idiot.’ ‘And you don’t even take care of your wife… lower your voice! What respect do you have for your wife yelling in a hospital bed? I spent 1 year and 8 months taking care of my sister while you didn’t even show up,’ she says.
