UNS Revokes KIP-K Scholarship from Student Viral for Partying at Night

Sebelas Maret University (UNS) has revoked the Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) scholarship belonging to a student with the initials TKS, who went viral for partying at night. The student was found to have committed a violation. UNS spokesperson, Agus Riewanto, confirmed that the student had been studying since 2023. Based on the examination results, it was found that the student had violated the existing regulations. ‘Based on the results of the Student Code of Ethics Council (MKEM) examination, the student was found to have committed actions that violated the provisions or regulations in UNS,’ said Agus Riewanto via a written statement received by detikJateng on Tuesday (28/10/2025). TKS was found to have violated article 13 letter b of the Academic Senate Regulation of Sebelas Maret University Number 17 Year 2021 concerning the Student Code of Ethics.
