Top Most Popular Cars Over 7 Million Rubles: The Choice of the Wealthy

With officially presented brands in Russia, volumes remain unchanged while the variety comes from Chinese manufacturers. Meanwhile, the percentage of Chinese manufacturers in parallel imports dropped from 23% to 2% since the beginning of the year. Analysts note a general decrease of 37% in the total number of new car offerings in the first half of the year, followed by a gradual increase of 7% from June to September. Fluctuations in the segment of cars priced between 3 to 5 million rubles were minor, ranging from 36% in January to 31.7% in May, then returning to 35% in September. Experts emphasize that the share of cars costing over 7 million rubles remained stable at 7% throughout the period. Unlike last year, the top models in the premium segment for 2025 are Mercedes-AMG G-Class, Range Rover, and Tank 500, with German brands increasing their market share from 38% in January to 51%.
