Bradesco (BBDC4) reports net recurring profit of R$ 6.2 billion in 3Q, annual increase of 18.8%

Bradesco (BBDC4) disclosed its results for the third quarter of 2025 (3Q25) with a net recurring profit of R$ 6.2 billion during the period, an 18.8% increase compared to the same period last year, as reported by the bank on Wednesday (29). Projections compiled by LSEG indicated a profit of R$ 6.05 billion. ‘In the third quarter of the year, we took another step in increasing our profitability. We continue with the same commercial traction, keeping delinquency indicators under control, prioritizing adjusted risk return. The transformation is progressing, supporting our evolution and strengthening our long-term competitiveness,’ stated the management in the results announcement. Return on Equity (ROE) stood at 14.7%, up from 14.6% in the previous quarter and 12.4% in the third quarter of 2024. The expanded credit portfolio grew by 9.6% annually and 1.6% quarter over quarter (q/q), reaching R$ 1.03 trillion. Of this, R$ 451.6 billion belongs to the Individual segment, with a 13.8% annual increase. The Corporate division amounted to R$ 582.7 billion. In terms of total revenues, Bradesco recorded R$ 35 billion, a 13.1% annual increase. The total financial margin increased by 16.9% year over year. The bank experienced a 20.1% rise in credit cost compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 3.3%, slightly higher than the 3.2% observed in the previous quarter.
