The latest global ranking of universities by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings was released in June 2025. One of the indicators evaluated in the ranking is the ability of campuses to produce graduates ready for work. In the ‘employability’ indicator, there are two main points: employer reputation (ER) and employment outcomes (EO). Both generally assess how well campuses prepare their graduates for work. Employer reputation evaluates campuses based on the perspective of employers (industries), such as how many graduates quickly enter the job market. Meanwhile, employment outcomes measure to what extent campuses can produce graduates with the best employability skills. This can be seen from the track record of graduates and their impact on society. From these measurements, scores of 0-100 are generated. Campuses with high scores indicate their ability to produce graduates with the best employability skills.
