Moscow states that the Russian soldiers broke the defense wall and surrounded Ukrainian troops in the cities of Prokofsk and Kulyansk on Wednesday and Putin announced shelter for them. Russia claims that its army has surrounded the Ukrainian soldiers in Prokofsk, a former Donetska region, and Kuybyshevsky, a northeastern coastal area. On the other hand, Ukraine’s Eastern Command spokesperson Hryhoriy Shamonov stated that the situation in Prokofsk is tough but under control.
