Indian Expat Shot in Saudi Arabia, Government Efforts to Repatriate Body Underway

The Jharkhand Labor Department has contacted the Indian embassy in Saudi Arabia to initiate the process of bringing back the body of a 26-year-old youth from Dumri block in Giridih district. The young man was a victim of a shooting incident in Saudi Arabia. In another news, a group of Indian expat workers were scammed of 40,000 rupees with the promise of labor jobs, while an additional 5,000 rupees was taken for food and water. Furthermore, Saudi Arabia is set to recruit 25,000 Pakistani soldiers for the country’s military forces.
