Key laws coming into force in November, as listed by Volodin

In November, new legislative norms in Russia concerning preparation for the heating season, control over foreign agents, migration registration, and communication will come into force. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin on his Telegram channel. Starting from November 7, fines will be imposed for failure to rectify previously identified violations during the preparation for the heating period. For legal entities, fines can go up to 40,000 rubles, and for officials, up to 10,000 rubles. ‘Everyone responsible for providing heat to homes and social facilities must faithfully fulfill their obligations to citizens,’ emphasized Volodin.
