SHANGHAI, Nov. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — GCL Intelligent Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of GCL Energy Technology (GCLET) under GCL Group, signed shareholder agreements for two significant clean energy ventures in Indonesia on October 31. The projects include a 100MW Banyuwangi ground-mounted solar project and a 100MW Gajah Mungkur floating solar project. This milestone represents GCL’s dedication to expanding internationally and supporting the global shift towards clean energy. The agreements were sealed during a ceremony where Yu Xiaodong, Chief Representative of GCL Group in Indonesia, led his team in signing with PLN Indonesia Power (PLN IP), a crucial subsidiary of Indonesia’s state-owned utility, Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). These projects, integral to Indonesia’s renewable energy acceleration program, signify the growing collaboration between GCL Group and PLN, aiming to provide clean and reliable power for the region’s energy needs.
