Microsoft has announced a substantial investment of $7.9 billion in the United Arab Emirates to enhance its cloud and artificial intelligence capabilities with new Nvidia chips. The plan includes allocating more than $5.5 billion towards cloud and AI infrastructure and an additional $2.4 billion for operational expenses and local recruitment by the end of the decade. The investment aims to solidify Microsoft’s presence in the region and further develop advanced technologies to meet the growing demand for digital solutions.
