Samsung’s smartphones planned for 2027 will come with multiple processor models, as reported by the specialized publication SamMobile. Media journalists reminded that Galaxy S26 phones are set to receive the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip in the USA, Japan, and China. Models released for other regions will feature Samsung’s Exynos 2600. Over a year before the launch of the Galaxy S27 series devices, insiders have revealed initial details related to the processors. According to sources, the Galaxy S27 lineup will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 6 processor. It is expected to be available in two variants – Standard and Pro. Most likely, Galaxy S27 devices will get the Pro model, which will be the only one to support LPDDR6 RAM. All new processors will be manufactured using TSMC’s two-nanometer process technology. Samsung may also equip some smartphones with its own Exynos chip. SamMobile specialists believe that in this case, it will be challenging to distinguish Samsung gadgets from each other and from other devices. Journalists also emphasized that Qualcomm might introduce a special lineup of processors for Samsung – as was the case with the Galaxy S25 smartphones.
