The Hong Kong Sixes international cricket tournament kicked off yesterday in Mong Kok. In this format, 6 players from each team take the field for a match consisting of 6 overs. The 12 participating teams are divided into 4 groups, competing for a spot in the league where the top two teams from each group earn a place in the knockout stages. In ‘Group C’, the Indian team secured victory against Pakistan in their first match but faced defeat against Kuwait in the second.
