Veronica Kudermetova from Russia and Elise Mertens from Belgium emerged victorious in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Year-End Championships in the doubles category. In the final, the athletes secured a win against Brazilian Luisa Stefani and Hungarian Timea Babos in two sets – 7:6 (7:4), 6:1. The tennis players spent 1 hour and 39 minutes on the court. Kudermetova and Mertens claimed victory at the Year-End Championships for the second time, having previously triumphed in 2022.
