End of Waiting! When Will the Supreme Court Announce the Verdict on the DA Case? Government Employees Speak Out

After a long wait, the announcement of the verdict on the DA case of state government employees by the Supreme Court may be imminent. Government employees can breathe a sigh of relief as sources suggest that the Supreme Court may announce the verdict on the DA case of state government employees this month. However, there has been no official announcement from the Supreme Court yet. Nevertheless, there is growing anticipation among some state government employees regarding this matter.

State Government Employees News
The general secretary of the Confederation of State Government Employees, Malay Mukhopadhyay, has stated that the Supreme Court may announce the verdict on the DA case of state government employees as early as next week. He also mentioned that there has been no official communication from the Supreme Court so far. However, rumors continue to circulate among them.

Special Bench
Malay Mukhopadhyay has revealed that a special bench consisting of Justices Sanjay Karol and Prashant Kumar Mishra will be formed starting this Wednesday at 3 PM. This has raised hopes among state government employees that the verdict on the DA case may be announced on that day. In some cases, the previous day’s supplementary or two-day conformist list may mention the verdict.

Thursday’s Special Bench
Malay Mukhopadhyay also stated that a special bench has been formed on Thursday as well. However, the name of the second judge has not been announced yet. Therefore, they are hopeful that the verdict will be announced on Wednesday.

DA Case
The hearing on the DA case at the Supreme Court concluded last September. The court has since reserved its verdict. Although the state government submitted a written report regarding the DA as per the Supreme Court’s directive, the remaining litigants have submitted their reports based on that report.
