Akasa Air to Begin International Flights from Delhi with Faster Boeing Aircraft Deliveries

Akasa Air is gearing up to launch international flights from Delhi in the near future while also expecting speedier deliveries of Boeing aircraft. Presently servicing 24 domestic and six international routes, Akasa Air is looking to enhance its global network by including destinations like Singapore, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, and Vietnam. With a fleet of 30 planes, the airline commenced operations in August 2022 and currently offers 24 daily departures from Delhi. These developments were highlighted by Akasa Air Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Praveen Iyer during a briefing in the national capital. The airline has plans to introduce departures from Delhi to various international destinations, expanding its reach to cater to a wider audience.
