Jio Users Can Now Use BSNL Signals: Check Network Issues, Get 2GB Data for Rs.196 and 1000 Minutes Talk Time

What is ICR? In remote areas, mobile signals may not be available. In some cases, signals are even absent in cities. Other network signals may be present, but are unusable. The solution to this problem is Intra Circle Roaming (ICR). This remedy was first announced by TRAI in 2025. By this plan, Jio, Airtel, and BSNL users can receive services in the range of their own cellular towers even when not in their respective networks. The Digital India Fund has set up towers to enable these new services. Since the Telecom Act of 2023, the central government has been establishing these DBN towers in many regions of the country.
