OAK reduces the range of the medium-haul aircraft MS-21 by a quarter

The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec) updated the official data on the technical characteristics of the medium-haul MS-21 aircraft on its website in September 2025. The flight range for the MS-21-310 version with a two-class layout for 175 passengers is now 3830 km instead of the previous 5100 km, according to information on the company’s website. The maximum takeoff weight of the aircraft remains unchanged at 85 tons. The UAC website now features calculated characteristics of a real aircraft that has already been built, is flying, undergoing certification, and will be delivered to airlines, emphasizing a Rostec representative.
