The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, in collaboration with telecom operators, has developed a technical scheme to allow citizens access to mobile internet during blockages. This was announced by the head of the Ministry, Maksut Shadaev, at a conference. The scheme aims to ensure that citizens can still access the internet even when certain websites or services are blocked. By implementing this scheme, the government is taking steps to ensure that internet access remains uninterrupted for the public.
