Actor Mikhail Efremov has gotten rid of a Moscow property worth hundreds of millions of rubles, according to a report from the Telegram channel Shot. The famous apartment in Khamovniki was transferred to his ex-wife Sofia Kruglikova by the artist to avoid legal battles in their divorce. It is a six-room property measuring 150 square meters in a historical building in Plotnikov Lane. Efremov bought this apartment in 2011 and was under house arrest there immediately after the scandalous accident. The property is estimated to be worth 140 million rubles.
