The Pentagon Chief, Pit Hegset, has announced the start of an operation against narco-terrorists in the Western Hemisphere. ‘President Trump has given the order to act, and the Department of Defense is executing it. Today I announce Operation Southern Spear, led by the joint operational group Southern Spear and the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM),’ Hegset wrote on social media. He stated that the operation is aimed at protecting the United States. ‘This mission defends our homeland, drives narco-terrorists out of our hemisphere, and protects our country from drugs that kill our people,’ the Defense Secretary noted. He added that the U.S. will defend the Western Hemisphere.
