External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is set to meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow on Monday to discuss cooperation between India and Russia. Maria Zakharova, Foreign Ministry spokesperson, stated that Jaishankar will lead an official delegation to the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Heads of State Council meeting. This meeting is scheduled for November 17-18. The Indian minister and Lavrov will address current and potential political collaboration, as well as key issues within their relationship. They will exchange perspectives on global and regional matters, highlighting joint efforts within the SCO, BRICS, the UN, and G20.
