Chile holds its presidential election this Sunday (16), with crime being the main concern of Chileans, according to recent polls. The election will place eight candidates in the first-round race. Among them are: Franco Parisi Fernandez, Jeannette Jara Roman, Marco Antonio Enriquez-Ominami Gumucio, Johannes Kaiser Barents-Von Hohenhagen, Jose Antonio Kast Rist, Eduardo Antonio Artes Brichetti, Evelyn Matthei Fornet, and Harold Mayne-Nicholls Secul.
