PSSI Chairman, Erick Thohir, Responds to Demands for Resignation

Ultras Garuda, the Indonesian National Team supporters group, stormed the PSSI headquarters demanding Chairman Erick Thohir’s resignation. In response to these demands, Chairman Erick Thohir spoke up. ‘The supporters’ input is valuable. We live in a democracy, and it’s natural for us, as individuals entrusted with responsibilities, to have shortcomings,’ Erick told reporters at Borobudur Temple, Magelang Regency, on Sunday (11/16/2025). ‘It should be taken as feedback. I saw the request for a roadmap the other day, which we already have, although it’s been a while. The media colleagues have it too, actually. It’s just that maybe it slipped our minds,’ Erick continued.
