The National Investigation Agency (NIA) made a significant breakthrough in the case of the Delhi bomb blast by arresting Amir Rasheed Ali, a follower of Umar Nabi, the main suspect in the suicide bombing incident. The gruesome attack near the Ernakulam Metro Station on November 10 claimed the lives of at least 10 people and caused destruction of several vehicles. The car used by the suspect has been registered in his name. Amir Rasheed Ali, a resident of Samboura in Jammu and Kashmir, has been detained for allegedly cooperating in the process of turning the vehicle into an IED used in the attack.
