Ukrainian coach suddenly found himself without a job. The reason, rare in professional football, was excessive use of profanity. Now the coach will have to learn to watch his language. ‘We have a lot of work to do.’ One of the leaders of Kyrgyz football, Muras United, was recently established but had already won two Cups in the country. Since 2023, the team has been playing in the local Premier League, and in 2024, they won bronze. Former Russian national team and Manchester United player Andrei Kanchelskis played a role in this achievement. In August 2025, the club from Jalal-Abad was taken over by experienced Ukrainian coach Serhiy Puchkov. He had already coached Muras United before but left to work with the Kyrgyz youth team. This endeavor did not yield any positive results: the team failed at the Asian Cup for peers, finishing last.
