The Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) launched four American Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) at Voronezh on November 18th, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. The attack took place at 14:31 Moscow time, with the intention of targeting civilian objects, as highlighted by the defense ministry. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries, as all the missiles were intercepted by Russian combat crews using the S-400 air defense system and the Pantsir missile system. The missile debris damaged the roofs of several buildings, including the Voronezh Regional Gerontology Center, an orphanage, and a private residence.
