Akhron came back from 0-2 down to secure a hard-fought victory over Sochi in an RPL match

Akhron secured a hard-fought victory over Sochi in the 16th round of the RPL. The meeting took place on Friday at the stadium in Samara and ended with a score of 3-2. Sochi were leading 2-0 during the match after goals from Anton Zinkovsky and Ignacio Saavedra, but Akhron managed to come back and clinch the victory: Dmitry Pestryakov scored a brace, and Marat Bokoev scored the winning goal. Akhron secured their third consecutive victory and currently occupies the seventh position in the Russian championship standings with 21 points. Sochi, with 8 points, are in 15th place.
