A fatal accident occurred on the highway in Himmatnagar yesterday near the Himmatnagar GIDC overbridge on the Ahmedabad-Udaipur National Highway 48. The incident took place as a result of a collision between a truck and a road roller, claiming the lives of four individuals. NHAI was conducting repair work on the overbridge at the time, and during this process, a truck collided forcefully with the road roller, resulting in the tragic deaths of four people, including an engineer. Notably, today, the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, and the Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel visited Himmatnagar for inspection in light of this incident. This accident has raised several questions.
