Facing criticism for his second white wash as coach, Gautam Gambhir stated that he is aware of the disappointment felt by everyone. He then emphasized that he prioritizes his future decisions with BCCI. ‘Beyond Indian cricket, I don’t consider anything significant. Even when I won the series in England with young players, it was me who was there. I should focus on my achievements – winning the Champions Trophy and Asia Cup,’ he said. Reflecting on Kohli and Rohit’s experiences in international cricket series, Gambhir spoke candidly. Gambhir also revealed that despite playing 15 Tests at the top order, he lacks some experiences.
